Bluetooth Computer Thieves

Via Bruce Schneier: In Cambridge, England, police are reporting multiple thefts where laptops stored in car trunks (er, “boots”) have been located by thieves using Bluetooth-capable cellphones. What were those people thinking? Don’t they care about battery life?
